What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you sign up — your email address and any preferences you configure (location, prayer method, scheduling preferences). When you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events solely to schedule prayers around your existing commitments.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to provide the service: calculating accurate prayer times for your location, scheduling prayers in your calendar, and sending you relevant notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

We use service providers to host and operate the app and to support account, storage, security, and communications functions. We use Google Calendar API only for the calendar features you enable. We may also use a third-party language model provider only to process natural-language preferences or instructions that you type directly into the app. We do not send Google Calendar data or other data obtained from Google APIs to that provider.

Data protection

We protect sensitive data in transit using encrypted connections and limit access to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate operational need. We apply least-privilege access controls for connected services and support account and data deletion requests.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@myprayercalendar.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
